Inception of the idea
During my medical practice as a Mental Health Consultant, I realized few things
1. Though human beings are exposed to various types of mentally stressful factors during their lifetime, nobody is given a compulsory training on how to face stress. These stressors then go on impacting one’s behavioral pattern for the rest of their lives.
2. Whenever a patient comes for consultation due to mental health issues arising out of one or more stressors, even if they improve with appropriate medicines and counseling, they cannot come out of medicines easily. This is because they are not mentally trained to face any stressor, single handedly.
3. Meditation or Mind training programs are not conducted ‘scientifically’ by well trained and dedicated trainers.
4. A healthy scientifically balanced mind is definitely a prerequisite for ultimate spiritual development of the mankind.
Who is it for?
This program is for:
1. The person who is willing to learn, how to face stressful factors more efficiently and utilize every lesson learnt in self development and willing to share and train others.
2. The person, who has suffered mental health issues, is on medications and willing to come out of it.
3. The person willing to learn the art of relationships and also parenting.
4. The person who is willing to know the scientific basis of different behavioral patterns and how to utilize this knowledge for spiritual development of self and others.
Take Away
Science and Spirituality should go hand in hand, i.e. both Medications are Meditation, are necessary for the Mental & Spiritual development of mankind.
